2. Donation Policies

All contributions made through this website are processed securely. Indian citizens requesting tax exemption certificates must provide a valid PAN card number and billing address. Kram Yog Sewa Sadan reserves the right to decline contributions if there is a discrepancy in donor verification details or compliance parameters.

3. Transaction Refund Policy

Contributions made to Kram Yog Sewa Sadan are voluntary and generally non-refundable. However, if a donation has been processed erroneously (e.g., duplicate charges or incorrect amounts entered), a refund request can be made by writing to info@kramyogsewasadan.org within 7 days of the transaction. All refunds are subject to operational review, and no refund will be issued if the 80G tax exemption receipt has already been generated.

We respect your privacy. All personal details captured (Names, email IDs, WhatsApp numbers, DOB, PAN records, billing addresses) are kept strictly confidential. They are only utilized to process transaction receipts, issue 80G certificates, send confirmed volunteer notifications, and dispatch periodic project updates. We never share, trade, or sell donor databases to third-party entities.
